Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and handcrafted. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for domestic and international orders:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Custom boxes are protected with foam and sturdy materials for safe delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders
RestoFix is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier for claims.
