Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or opened/damaged packaging by the customer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Restocking Fee

  • There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Final Sale Items

  • All products are returnable. We do not have final sale items at this time.

Photo Confirmation (Recommended)

  • To help us process returns or resolve any issues quickly, we kindly ask customers to send a photo of the product upon receipt.

  • This ensures that we can provide the best support if any problems arise.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or email restofixchannel@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging).

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom-made items may have slight variations in color or finish.
